Hermosa Beach Mayor Rob Saemann delivered the 2026 State of the City Address last night to a packed audience at the newly renovated Clark Building. Speaking in the week of Hermosa’s official 119th birthday, Mayor Saemann delivered a message of progress on city infrastructure and stressed the importance of resetting the culture at City Hall in favor of residents and businesses.
